Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 green onion 
  • 2 small bell peppers
  • 5 medium size tomatoes
  • 50g Feta cheese
  • Oregano dried
  • Lime juice
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt

Step-by-step

Wash and chop the vegetables: green onion, cucumber, bell peppers, and the 5 medium-sized tomatoes.

Cut the 50g of feta cheese into smaller cubes and spread them evenly on top of the other ingredients.

Sprinkle some dried oregano and freshly diced parsley for added freshness and flavor.
