- 1 box (142g) of salad mix
- 350g marinated beetroot
- 100g goat cheese
- 2 green onions
- Handful of walnuts
- Handful of cranberries
For the dressing
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Juice from one lime

Prepare the ingredients for the salad: Roast the walnuts, then roughly chop them. Dice the green onions and cube the marinated beetroot.
