  • 350g marinated beetroot
  • 100g goat cheese
  • 2 green onions
  • Handful of walnuts
  • Handful of cranberries

For the dressing

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Juice from one lime
