Ingredients

- 5 large eggs
- 2 1/2 cups (600ml) milk
- 1 1/2 cups (200g) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup (60g) honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup (60ml) vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Step-by-step

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, and vanilla extract until fully combined. Sift in the flour and salt, then mix until the batter is smooth and lump-free. Gradually add the milk and continue whisking until smooth. Finally, stir in the vegetable oil.

Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Lightly grease the pan with a small amount of oil or butter.

Pour about 1/4 cup (60ml) of batter into the hot pan, swirling it to evenly coat the bottom. Cook the crepe for 1-2 minutes, or until the edges begin to lift and the bottom is lightly golden. Flip the crepe and cook for an additional 15-20 seconds the other side.

Continue the process with the remaining batter, stacking the cooked crepes on a plate as you go. If needed, lightly grease the pan between batches.

Once all crepes are cooked, serve immediately with your favorite fillings or toppings, such as fruit, whipped cream, Nutella, or syrup.
