Ingredients

- 2 mangoes
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 shallot
- 3 tablespoons roasted peanuts
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of half lemon
- Handfull cilantro
- Butter lettuce leaves
Step-by-step

Peel the mangoes and slice them into thin strips.

Remove the seeds and slice the pre washed bell peppers into thin strips.

Peel the shallot and slice it thinly.

In a large bowl, combine all the sliced mangoes, bell pepper, shallot and add some chopped cilantro.

Add the olive oil, salt, red pepper flakes, and squeeze half of lemon. Mix the salad gently to ensure all ingredients are evenly combined.
